The agreement

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are between you and (“we”, “us”). By buying from or using this store you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not purchase.

Our checkout, payment processing and receipts are provided by Tebex. Tebex’s own terms apply to the payment itself, and nothing here replaces them.

Who can buy

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. If you are buying for a community or business, you confirm you are allowed to do so on its behalf.

Your account

We may ask you to sign in with your Cfx.re account at checkout so that your purchase is linked to you. You are responsible for the accuracy of that account and for keeping it secure. Purchases are tied to the account used at checkout.

Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are shown before you pay. The final total, including any tax Tebex must collect, is shown at Tebex checkout.
• Payment is taken by Tebex, who acts as the seller of record for the transaction.
• We may correct pricing mistakes, change prices, or run sales at any time. A price change never affects an order you already placed.

Delivery

Everything we sell is a digital product. After payment clears you will receive access as described on the product page and in your Tebex receipt. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time, contact us with your order ID and we will fix it.

Your licence

When you buy a product you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it, subject to these Terms:

• One licence covers one live server or community (plus its private test/dev copy) unless the product page says otherwise.
• You may edit configuration files and any code we deliver unprotected, for your own server.
• You may use the product on a server that earns money (donations, priority queue, and so on).

What you may not do

• Resell, sub-license, share, leak, or give away the product or any part of it, including “free” re-uploads.
• Remove or bypass any protection, licence check, escrow, or copyright notice.
• Claim our work as your own, or publish it as your own work.
• Use the product for anything unlawful, or to harm other people or services.

Updates and support

Updates to the version you bought are free unless the product page says otherwise. Support covers installing and using the product as shipped: setup help, bugs, and compatibility questions. Support does not cover heavy modification of the code, conflicts caused by other third-party scripts, or building features that were not part of the product. Custom work can be quoted separately.

Subscriptions

Some products are sold as subscriptions. They renew automatically until you cancel, and each renewal is charged by Tebex. You can cancel any time through the link in your Tebex receipt or in your Tebex account. Cancelling stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the period you already paid for.

Third-party platforms

Our products run on third-party platforms and frameworks (such as RedM / Cfx.re, VORP, RSG, Discord and Tebex). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Those platforms can change their rules or software at any time, and we cannot promise they will keep working with a product forever. We will make reasonable efforts to keep our products compatible.

Intellectual property

All products, code, models, images, and documentation remain our property or the property of their original authors (open-source products are covered by the licence that ships with them). Buying a product gives you a licence to use it, not ownership of it.

Termination

We may suspend or end your access to a product, and refuse future sales, if you break these Terms, abuse our staff, or take part in fraud, chargeback abuse, or leaking. If we end your licence because you broke these Terms, no refund is owed.

No warranty

Products are provided “as is”. We work hard to ship stable, well-tested scripts, but we cannot guarantee they will be error-free, work on every server setup, or fit a particular purpose. Servers differ, and you are responsible for backups and testing before going live.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost players, or downtime. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to buy or use our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms. Changes do not apply to orders already completed.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of . Where you live you may have consumer rights that apply regardless of this clause.
